Travel Grants

Limited travel grants are available for foreign students and young researchers whose ages are not older than 35. The amount of travel grants depends on the financial condition of the meeting. For those applicants who needs travel support, they must submit an abstract together with a brief CV and a recommendation letter to young.bnct@gmail.com before 19th June. The Scientific Committee will review applicants' contributions and decide who will receive the travel grants and the amount of support. The winners are asked to prepare their contribution as oral presentations. Note that the travel grants are not designed to cover the full expense of your flight, but to ease the loading. The applicants are still encouraged to apply for other domestic supports. The amount of travel grants a winner receives will also depend on the travel distance. All the winners will have certificates of award and free accommodation during the meeting!
